Segmento is a mutable wall lamp that is incline to change.
The user can choose the preferred shape, according to own specific lighting needs.
The idea was born from a research done by the University of Massachusetts which analyzed how in the twenty-first century, people move houses more frequently than in previous centuries. In such conditions, it is very easy to often run into the classic electric cables hole situation, since the lighting needs of the new house will surely be different from the previous one. This is why Segmento was born, a lamp that can be adapted to any environment and that follows you throughout one’s life steps. The shape, in addition to the functionality, alludes to the technical drawings made during the geometry class in elementary school.
